• Develop and implement distance education programs for healthcare training
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance the online learning experience
• Monitor and assess student progress and engagement in online courses
• Provide support and guidance to students throughout their educational journey
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and institutional policies

• Minimum educational requirement:
  Bachelor’s degree in Education, Healthcare, or a related field
• Experience in distance education or online learning environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in educational technology and online learning platforms

• Experience in healthcare education or training
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and practices
• Knowledge of accreditation processes for educational institutions
• Previous experience in student support or advising roles
