Tenure Track Assistant Professor of International Relations and Security Studies; Remote - Unit

• Teach undergraduate courses in International Relations, Security Studies, and Statistics, primarily through asynchronous online delivery
• Support degree programs and courses in the International Relations and Security minors
• Participate in departmental, college, and/or university committees as part of service responsibilities
• Maintain an active research agenda with the potential for publication in high-impact journals utilizing quantitative methodologies
• Collaborate with faculty and external partners to enhance the department's research portfolio

• Ph.D. in International Relations, Security Studies, Political Science, or a closely related discipline
• Demonstrated competency in quantitative research methods and statistics
• Ability to teach undergraduate statistics courses and apply quantitative analysis to security studies research
• An active research agenda with potential for publication in high-impact journals
• Successful experience in academic, industry, or government settings related to international relations or security studies

• Demonstrated industry, military, or government experience related to national security or international affairs
• Successful experience in teaching courses in international relations and security studies
