• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience working in admissions
• Proven track record of consulting on all stages of the admissions process
• Confidence in guiding students through interviews, essay writing, and application submissions
• Comfortable with technology and remote work dynamics

• Previous experience as a tutor or consultant in an educational setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and dynamic personality
• Ability to manage multiple students and schedules effectively
