The Tutor Operations Support plays a key role in ensuring seamless daily lesson operations across multiple global client accounts. The position involves monitoring lessons, maintaining data accuracy, and coordinating communication between tutors, clients, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to client systems in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor live lessons across multiple client platforms to ensure lessons start and end on time, and ensure all lesson data is updated accurately.
- Capture, clean, and record data in structured formats for reports.
- Manage lesson substitutions, tutor coverage, and operational coordination.
- Respond to internal, client and tutor messages clearly and professionally across various communication channels.
- Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to lesson support to support internal and client audits.
- Maintain daily reports, attendance logs, and performance records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address operational issues or process gaps.
- Adhere to rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ensure service consistency and uphold operational standards defined by Edge Tutor and its clients.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in administrative, operations, or support functions.
- Experience in customer support, client coordination, or education operations is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Business Administration, Education, or any related field.
- Proficient in G Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work across multiple digital platforms, admin reports, and communication tools simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy and a quick learner, able to adapt to new client systems and tools with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work independently with high accountability and attention to detail.
- Schedule:
Shifting schedule, including morning, mid, and night shifts. We require candidates who can demonstrate flexibility and adapt to schedule changes as needed for urgent situations or business requirements. - Workdays:
Five-day workweek with two rest days. - Candidates must reside in NCR, Region III, or Region IV-A and be able to meet in person in NCR at least once per month.
- Desktop/laptop with Intel i5 (10th gen), 8GB RAM or higher.
- Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed with backup connection.
- Backup power supply for at least 8 hours.
