Key Responsibilities:
Systematic Instruction: Deliver our established PSLE and O,level English syllabus with precision and high attention to detail, ensuring no gaps in knowledge occur.
Consistent Mentorship: Provide a stable, supportive, and encouraging online learning environment where students feel safe to ask questions and build long,term confidence.
Classroom Command: Take authoritative ownership of a virtual classroom of 8 to 15 students
, minimizing distractions, keeping students focused, and driving measurable academic progress.Accurate Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of student attendance, participation, and academic milestones to accurately chart their progression.
Syllabus Proficiency: An in,depth, working knowledge of the local PSLE and O,level English examination frameworks.
