Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Education and Early Years Trainer Assessor based in Dewsbury, with the flexibility to work from home when required. The successful candidate will deliver training sessions, observe and assess students’ in their placement settings, and provide constructive feedback to help learners achieve their qualification requirements and potential. Additional responsibilities include keeping accurate records of student development, implementing placement preparation sessions, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality teaching and learning outcomes.

A commitment to fostering student engagement and progress will be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise and experience in Education and Early Years Settings and Teaching
  • Proven skills in Communication to engage with learners and faculty effectively
  • Experience in Training and facilitating professional development activities
  • Customer Service skills to build rapport and maintain productive relationships
  • Relevant qualifications such as a teaching certification and assessor qualification and experience in the working in the education and early years sector
  • Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid environment while maintaining commitment and effectiveness. Driving license required.
  • Passion for supporting learners in achieving their personal and academic goals
