A Level and IGCSE Economics and Business Tutor

This is a part-time remote position for an A-Level and IGCSE Economy and Business Tutor. The tutor will be responsible for delivering personalized and engaging lessons, managing lesson plans tailored to individual student needs, and tracking student progress. You will provide guidance and support to help students achieve their academic goals in economics and business. Collaboration with the Timedoor team to improve teaching methodologies and assist learners in enhancing their understanding are key aspects of this role.

• Strong knowledge and expertise in A-Level and IGCSE Economy and Business subjects
• Teaching, mentoring, or tutoring experience with a focus on engaging and inspiring students
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to develop and manage lesson plans tailored to student needs
• Proficiency in leveraging technology for remote teaching (e.g., video conferencing tools and collaborative software)
• Flexibility, patience, and a passion for education
• Experience in virtual or online teaching platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Education, or a related field is preferred
