• Collaborate with state education department leadership to develop project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Anticipate risks and develop mitigation strategies across functional teams
• Document software requirements and enhancement requests from clients, ensuring alignment with technical specifications
• Manage tasks and responsibilities among team members and subcontractors based on complexity and skillset
• Conduct post-implementation meetings to document project outcomes and share lessons learned

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience preferred
• Experience with English language proficiency assessment or large-scale assessment preferred
• Direct experience working with senior-level clients and government stakeholders preferred
• PMP certification highly preferred

• Experience in managing complex, computer-based testing programs
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
• Background in educational assessment or instructional design
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
