• Minimum of 2 years of experience in distance education or online teaching
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong understanding of instructional design and online learning technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

• Experience in healthcare education or training
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Knowledge of accreditation standards for educational programs
• Proven experience in curriculum development for online courses
