GT School operates under a different model. We support Gifted & Talented students in grades K–8 using AI‑driven curriculum and mentorship held to exacting standards. We are now expanding our virtual offering to enable families everywhere to access GT‑level advancement. This position is designed to establish a virtual school model that is academically demanding, credible, and demonstrably effective.
You will control the entire operational framework of the virtual program. This spans student journey architecture, advisor accountability systems, targeted cohort support, and family confidence. No established blueprint exists. You will analyze performance data, implement rapid course corrections, engage directly in live sessions when required, and create the infrastructure that makes consistent 3× learning gains achievable at scale.

What You Will Be Doing- Architecting and iterating the complete virtual student journey to maximize acceleration, healthy competition, and community connection
- Analyzing student outcomes, advisor effectiveness, and family feedback on a weekly cadence to surface problems and drive immediate corrections
- Managing execution of the 3× learning framework, tracking XP progression and constructing systems to maintain student momentum
- Collaborating with advisors to deploy cohort‑based interventions and preemptive parent outreach before concerns intensify
- Creating advisor training, calibration, and development protocols informed by session data, performance dashboards, and outcome metrics
- Running a standardized program with predetermined schedules and lengthy approval processes
- Relying on others to surface performance concerns while you remain removed from operations
- Prioritizing enrollment or participation metrics over verifiable academic growth
- Generating reports that fail to produce concrete improvements in student outcomes or team execution
Key Responsibilities
Design and lead a scalable virtual school operation that reliably produces 3× learning outcomes, builds enduring parent trust, and sustains family enrollment through transparent, recognized student achievement.
Basic Requirements- Demonstrated end‑to‑end ownership experience managing a virtual school or digital education program
- Instructional or teaching experience with firsthand involvement in learning delivery (classroom, virtual, or hybrid environments)
- Advanced diagnostic capability leveraging dashboards, recorded sessions, and structured feedback to pinpoint issues and implement remedies
- Track record of managing distributed teams with defined expectations, rigorous accountability, and reliable execution
- Effective parent engagement skills with evidence of proactive, confidence‑building communication strategies
- Experience creating motivational structures like competitive challenges, performance rankings, or recurring community events that sustain student commitment
- Familiarity with cutting‑edge or AI‑enhanced educational approaches
- History of designing and implementing measurable team development initiatives including structured onboarding and calibration processes
