This is not a standard tutoring position. You will facilitate live online workshops that challenge exceptional students, deliver focused preparation for competitions such as AMC and AIME, and develop reusable resources that elevate standards across GT Anywhere and GT campuses. • Plan and conduct 2–4 live online domain workshops weekly that develop competition-standard problem-solving skills
• Provide 1:1 or small-group coaching for targeted contest preparation using practice exams, timed exercises, and thorough analysis
• Identify weaknesses quickly and develop customized advancement plans aligned with each student's objectives and scheduled competitions
• Monitor student development using a structured mathematics progression framework and modify teaching methods based on data
• Produce original, challenging problem collections and modular instructional materials that can be adopted by other educators system-wide

• Provide standard homework assistance or grade-focused tutoring lacking defined, quantifiable results
• Conduct conventional classroom-format lessons limited to standard curriculum coverage
• Offer unplanned problem-solving practice without structure, assessment mechanisms, or competitive preparation pathways
• Rely on borrowed or insufficiently rigorous materials that fail to meet competitive mathematics benchmarks

This position ensures gifted students reliably attain quantifiable, competition-standard mathematical outcomes that GT School can showcase and families can depend on.

• Documented elite mathematical accomplishment (e.g., Olympiad medal, AIME qualification, top national ranking, or comparable verifiable credential)
• Minimum 6 months of teaching, coaching, or mentoring experience demonstrating tangible results
• Capability to communicate sophisticated mathematics in clear, accessible language to gifted young students
• Comprehensive knowledge of mathematics competition structures, content areas, and preparation methodologies (e.g., AMC, AIME, Olympiads)
• Effective online teaching skills and capacity to maintain student engagement through video platforms
• Availability for 5–10 hours weekly
• Dependable internet connection and professional-quality video equipment

• Current, ongoing participation as a contestant, instructor, or creator of competition-oriented educational content
• Background developing scalable lesson frameworks, problem collections, or instructional materials for broader educator adoption
• Documented student achievements including qualifications, rankings, awards, or other publicly recognized competitive results
