You have shaped a compelling academic vision and delivered measurable outcomes. You have led with directness and accountability, not from the sidelines. In learning science, your work is substantive—you have built systems that produce results, validated their effectiveness, and earned credibility to represent them publicly. If this describes your experience, 2 Hour Learning seeks its chief academic architect.
What You Will Be Doing- Developing academic frameworks that convert learning science into actionable direction for curriculum design, motivational architecture, and application development.
- Conducting academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to maintain alignment, accountability, and consistent delivery of outcomes across school teams.
- Analyzing data, conducting interviews, and performing observations to produce academic ecosystem assessments that identify high-impact obstacles to learning acceleration and recommend targeted interventions.
- Ensuring strategic coherence through planning cycles, feedback mechanisms, and milestone oversight to sustain focus on student learning objectives.
- Serving as the public representative of 2 Hour Learning in high-visibility settings—including keynote presentations and engagements with Ministries of Education—to influence systemic transformation in global education paradigms.
- Engaging in isolated curriculum initiatives that lack broader systemic impact.
- Producing theoretical research disconnected from measurable student outcomes or operational execution.
- Transferring performance accountability to mid-level managers or external consultants.
- Depending on institutional prestige or abstract theory to influence critical stakeholders.
