A full-time School Psychologist position is available in Dover, DE, offering a blend of on-site and remote work opportunities. This role supports student success through psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify students learning, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, parents, and other professionals.
  • Provide counseling and intervention strategies to support student well‑being.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and offer expertise on student development and support services.
  • Maintain detailed records and prepare reports according to federal, state, and district guidelines.
  • Assist in developing school‑wide programs aimed at fostering a positive educational environment and mental health awareness.
Qualifications
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist in the state of Delaware (or eligibility for certification).
  • Experience administering psychological assessments and interpreting results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
