Training Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description
Are you passionate about supporting educational / training staff and do you want to ensure high quality standards? We are looking for a dedicated Training Quality Assurance officer to join our team! In this role, you will play a key part in assisting our training staff and maintaining the highest standards of quality control. Your role
You are responsible for Quality Assurance through assisting the Fugro Academy Technical Training staff with the development, administration, review, update and maintenance of standardized documentation, protocols and policies;
You ensure that the training outcomes match to the required competencies;
You are responsible for document control for all Technical Training documentation within our SharePoint page;
You assist with the Fugro Academy micro-credentialing process and administration and, where necessary, support our Technical Trainers with assessment of course attendees;
You assist our Technical Trainers in the design of training course syllabi / modules and in the development of lesson plans, training course content and material and exercises;
You define and publish a Technical Training Assessment protocol and policies document and assist Technical Trainers to develop and administer assessments/evaluation within their courses.
Your track record
You have BSc or MSc degree with relevant working experience in a similar and related role;
You have effective communication skills and are able to communicate at all levels of the organization;
You have great analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, critical thinking and knowledge of standards and regulations;
You have excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
