For this reason, we require candidates with exceptional IT skills, confidence using digital tools, and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes. We are currently looking to engage the services of an Engineering / Mathematics Tutor to assist with:

This is a part-time, remote, and flexible position—ideal for a professional looking to contribute to engineering education alongside other commitments.

The initial focus will be on:

• Assessing student work and providing feedback
• Providing remote student support.

Going forwards, as we develop new courses there will be opportunities for:

• Creating structured, high-quality written and visual learning materials for online delivery
• Developing worked examples, problem sets, and digital activities that support self-paced learning

• Engineering Mathematics at undergraduate level

• A higher degree in Engineering / Mathematics
• Experience teaching / tutoring in an academic setting
• Excellent IT literacy is essential
  —you must be confident with digital document creation, collaborative cloud tools (e.g. Google Workspace or Office 365), and using online learning platforms
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Independent working style and ability to meet deadlines remotely

• Experience designing or delivering online or distance learning
• Industry experience in mechanical or aerospace engineering
• Familiarity with qualification frameworks at levels 4–6 or international equivalents
