About the Role
Lords University is looking for dynamic and persuasive Admission Counsellors/Telecallers to join our admissions team on a work-from-home basis. The role involves engaging with prospective students, guiding them through program offerings, and supporting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided data
Counsel students on courses, eligibility, fee structure, and career prospects
Follow up with leads via calls, Whats App, and email
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM/software
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Handle inbound admission queries professionally
Coordinate with the admissions team for application processing
Build and maintain a positive brand image of Lords University

Required

Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (MUST)
Prior experience in telecalling/admissions counselling is an advantage
Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
Basic computer proficiency and internet reliability
Self-motivated and disciplined for remote work
