You've already solved the difficult problems. Now apply that expertise where it counts: with gifted students who compete, qualify, and win.
GT School serves families seeking more than high marks. We prepare gifted learners through genuine challenges: national and international competitions, publicly visible results, and accomplishments students carry into their futures. This position exists because our math program succeeds only when students emerge from sessions more capable, more confident, and ready for competitive conditions.
This is not standard tutoring. You will lead live virtual workshops designed to challenge exceptional students, provide focused contest preparation for competitions such as AMC and AIME, and develop reusable resources that elevate standards across GT Anywhere and GT campuses. If you excel at transforming natural ability into documented results and can communicate advanced concepts with precision, this role will suit you.
If you possess a verifiable record of mathematical excellence and wish to help develop the next generation of champions, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Be Doing- Plan and conduct 2–4 live virtual domain workshops weekly that develop competition-level mathematical reasoning
- Provide 1:1 or small-group coaching for specific competitions using mock examinations, timed practice, and comprehensive review
- Identify weaknesses quickly and develop personalized growth plans aligned with each student's objectives and contest schedule
- Monitor student progress using a structured math development framework and modify teaching methods based on data
- Develop original, challenging problem collections and modular instructional materials designed for reuse by other educators at scale
- Provide unfocused homework assistance or grade-focused tutoring lacking clear, measurable results
- Deliver conventional classroom instruction that ends at standard curriculum boundaries
- Offer unstructured problem practice without strategy, feedback mechanisms, or competition preparation pathways
- Rely on copied or low-quality materials that fail to meet competitive mathematics standards
