Unbound Academy operates a fully virtual, tuition‑free charter school where students accelerate through academic content using AI‑powered tools, then participate in live, interactive workshops centered on life skills, teamwork, and personal growth. Your role is to ensure these sessions feel seamless and motivating for every student.

You will serve as the operational backbone of the student experience. You'll oversee transitions between activities, facilitate small group dynamics, sustain engagement levels, and provide individualized support when students need redirection or encouragement. Content delivery is not your responsibility—but the quality of the student experience depends directly on your involvement.

• Facilitating live virtual workshops by coordinating breakout rooms, managing pacing, and ensuring smooth transitions between activities
• Driving participation through direct chat engagement, verbal encouragement, individual check‑ins, and positive reinforcement
• Maintaining student confidence, connection, and enthusiasm across the full learning day
• Providing operational support to lead educators by managing session logistics and behind‑the‑scenes coordination
• Serving as a reliable, familiar presence within student clubs and life‑skills programming

• Delivering academic instruction or teaching subject‑area content
• Developing lesson plans, evaluating student work, or conducting academic assessments
• Building curriculum or facilitating workshops without direct support
• Adopting a passive or observational stance—this role requires consistent, active engagement

Ensure dynamic, virtual learning environments by keeping students engaged, organized, and motivated throughout every workshop session.

• Available to begin employment on August 1, 2026
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leading youth populations
• Educational history within U.S., Canadian, or U.K. school systems (K–16); schooling must have occurred in one of these countries
• Excellent communication abilities and proficiency using digital collaboration tools
• Student‑centered presence with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage smooth activity transitions
• Able to commit to full‑time hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm U.S. Mountain Time (UTC‑7)
• Willing to perform duties in a hybrid capacity in Arizona

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $20 USD/hour, which equates to $40,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
