Working Days and Hours
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Sunday Fixed Off
Must be flexible for scheduled college seminars (same-day travel & return)
Occasional early departure for seminar visits as per schedule

Salary
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on Communication & Interview Performance)
Salary Increment Possible Based on Performance & Seminar Outcomes
Travel expenses for official seminar visits will be covered by the company

Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken candidate who can represent our company in colleges and educational institutions for seminars, workshops, and awareness programs related to IT training and development.
The selected candidate will assist in seminars, interact with students, collect leads, and support office coordination activities.

Required Skills
Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Confident personality and professional appearance
Comfortable speaking in front of students
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Google Forms, etc.)
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Ability to travel locally for seminars

Preferred Background
BCA / MCA / BBA / MBA / Graduation (Any Stream)
Freshers are welcome
Prior experience in seminars, public speaking, teaching, or marketing is a plus
Basic understanding of IT / Web Development is an added advantage (training will be provided)

Key Responsibilities
Attend and assist in college seminars and workshops
Present company training programs to students
Interact with students and answer basic queries
Collect and manage student data
Coordinate with colleges for seminar scheduling
Support office operations and follow-ups
Assist in lead conversion activities

Important Term & Conditions
This is a work-from-office role (no remote option)
Field visits to colleges are mandatory
Professional conduct and punctuality are required
Minimum 6 months commitment preferred
Immediate joiners will be given preference
