What you would be doing:

  • Propose & Campaign Execution
  • Bonus Configuration:
    Setting up technical parameters for free spins, deposit matches, and cashback in the backend.
  • Lobby Merchandising:
    Choosing which games appear at the top of the "Featured" or "New" categories based on performance data or provider deals.
  • Tournament Management:
    Launching and monitoring onsite leaderboards and "Drop & Win" events.
  • Technical QA:
    Rigorously testing promotions on mobile and desktop before they go live to ensure bonuses trigger correctly and terms are accurate.
  • Onsite Asset Management
    • Banner Rotation:
      Updating homepage carousels and sidebars to reflect current events.
    • Pop-up & Inbox Messaging:
      Setting up triggered onsite messages.
    • Landing Page Optimization:
      Working with designers to ensure the "Promotions" page is easy to read, mobile-friendly, and converts well.
  • Compliance & Risk Oversight
    • T&C Drafting:
      Ensuring every promotion has clearly defined, legally compliant Terms & Conditions.
    • Bonus Abuse Monitoring:
      Working with the Risk/Fraud team to identify "bonus hunters" and adjusting promotion settings to protect the house margin.
  • Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
    • KPI Reporting:
      Tracking metrics like Claim Rate and NGR.
    • Competitor Benchmarking:
      Regularly checking to ensure your onsite offers remain competitive in the market.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

1–2 years of experience in eCommerce or marketing fields.

Strong experience in creating promotional campaigns.

Strong awareness and sharp attention to detail when managing multiple tasks.

Working knowledge of CRM tools (Fasttrack, Smartico) and basic HTML.

Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — and ability to collaborate across teams.

Proven adaptability and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

A proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow.
