We are looking for motivated English Group Leaders who enjoy guiding conversations, encouraging participation, and helping members feel confident using English in group settings.
Job Description
As an English Group Leader, you will facilitate small group discussions where members practice speaking English through interactive and meaningful conversations.
Your role is to guide discussions, support participants, and create a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, moderating discussions, and helping others build confidence in speaking English.
Responsibilities
Lead small group English conversation sessions
Facilitate discussions around practical and engaging topics (culture, lifestyle, career, technology, current topics, etc.)
Encourage group members to actively participate and express their ideas in English
Maintain a supportive, friendly, and inclusive group environment
Guide discussions to ensure balanced participation among members
Support community engagement and help members stay motivated in their learning journey
Coordinate with the Fondi team to improve group session quality and engagement

Requirements
Comfortable communicating and leading group discussions in English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Friendly, patient, and able to manage group conversations
Interest in helping others improve their English speaking confidence
Reliable and able to lead sessions regularly
Previous experience in group facilitation, teaching, coaching, or community management is a plus (but not required)
