About the Role
Curious Junior is seeking passionate and skilled Teaching Facult y to design engaging study content and conduct interactive online classes for Grades 1– 8. In this role, you will create effective learning resources, deliver sessions aligned with school curriculum, prepare students for Olympiad s, and enhance their problem-solving skills through Vedic Math tricks and Mental Math techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create PPTs and study conte nt customized for different grade levels (1–8).
Conduc t regular live class es aligned with the school syllabus and curriculum completion.
Prepare students fo r Olympiads and competitive assessmen ts through structured practice.
Introduce and teac h Vedic Math techniques and Mental Math strategi es to improve speed and accuracy.
Adapt teaching methods based o n grade level and learning needs.
Maintain high levels o f student engageme nt through interactive and creative teaching approaches.
Track and share studen t progress and performan ce with parents and support teams.
Collaborate with th e academic and content development te am to ensure high-quality lesson delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or related fi eld (preferred).
Prior teaching experience wi th Grades 1–8 (school/EdTech/tuition background preferred).
Strong skills in creating PPTs and digital learning resources.
Expertise in Vedic Mathematics, Mental Math, and problem-solving strategies.
Excelle nt communication and presentation skills.
Ability to mana ge multiple classes and schedu les effectively.
Flexibility to wo rk 6 days a week (including Sunda ys) with a roster-based holiday.
