We are currently seeking experienced Java Trainers who are passionate about teaching and can deliver high-quality training to students and professionals online.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and interactive Java training sessions to students and professionals via online platforms.
Develop and customize course content, assignments, and study materials based on the learners' needs.
Provide hands-on programming exercises and real-world projects to enhance learning outcomes.
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
Stay updated with the latest trends in Java development and incorporate them into your training sessions.
Support students in preparing for certifications, interviews, and project implementations.
Requirements:
Strong expertise in Core Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Eclipse, Intelli
J IDEA, and Maven.
Prior experience as a Java Trainer or Java Developer (minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience).
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and essential tools for online training.
Commitment to delivering high-quality, personalized learning experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of advanced Java topics, including microservices, REST APIs, and design patterns.
Experience in preparing students for industry certifications like Oracle Certified Java Programmer (OCJP).
Previous experience with e-learning platforms or remote teaching tools.
