Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher at Minde

X Edu, located in Malappuram. The Teacher will be responsible for designing impactful lesson plans, delivering high-quality instruction across specified subjects, and fostering an engaging learning environment for students. Additional duties include guiding students in their academic journey, providing training and practice materials, and evaluating student progress to adapt teaching techniques appropriately.

Qualifications

Expertise in Lesson Planning and Education to develop structured and effective learning programs
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and address individual learning needs
Proficiency in Teaching and Training methodologies to deliver engaging and informative sessions
Patience, adaptability, and a commitment to fostering student growth
Experience in using technology for educational purposes is an advantage
A degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field is preferred
