Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Admission Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Distance Learning Programs (DLP), especially Online MBA admissions, and should be comfortable handling end-to-end student counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students for Online MBA programs
Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
Understand student requirements and guide them on suitable programs
Achieve enrollment targets within given timelines
Maintain accurate student data and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admissions process

Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience in DLP (Distance Learning Program)
Mandatory experience in Online MBA admissions
Graduate in any discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven and result-oriented approach
