Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated and skilled Primary Teaching Faculty to teach all subjects up to Grade 5 through online classes for UAE-based students , following the Indian Curriculum (CBSE/ICSE) . The role requires working from our office premises and delivering engaging, interactive online sessions.

EVS / General Knowledge

(Subject allocation based on grade level)
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct live online classes for Grade 1 to Grade 5 students
Teach as per Indian curriculum standards (CBSE / ICSE)
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, worksheets, and assessments
Ensure active student participation and classroom discipline online
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and academic coordinators
Conduct tests, revisions, and doubt-clearing sessions
Coordinate with academic and technical teams for smooth class delivery
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and teaching quality
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
B.Ed /
D.El.Ed / Montessori / Primary Teacher Training (Preferred)
Teaching certification is an added advantage
Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience at the primary level
Experience teaching Indian curriculum is mandatory
Online teaching experience is preferred
Passionate freshers with strong subject knowledge may be considered
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong conceptual clarity for primary subjects
Ability to engage young learners in an online environment
Good classroom management skills
Tech-friendly and quick learner
Work-from-Office Requirements
Willingness to work from office premises
Comfortable teaching via Zoom / Google Meet / LMS platforms
