Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai for an Intern Program Coordinator - Life Coaching at the Universal Coaching Federation. The role involves coordinating and managing the internship programs, developing intern schedules, and facilitating communication between interns and mentors. You will provide guidance to interns, oversee project timelines, and ensure smooth operational execution of the life coaching internship program.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Program Management and Program Development to effectively coordinate and enhance internship programs.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide clear guidance to interns and maintain excellent mentor-intern relations.
Experience in Project Management to handle timelines, program flow, and deliverables efficiently.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in the life coaching or professional development sector is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Communications, or Education.
