Job Description
Senior Associate – Learning & Development
Role
Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful Senior Associate - Learning & Development to support the design, coordination, and delivery of impactful learning initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for an L&D professional with a strong foundation in instructional design, content development, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Program Coordination
Assist in the facilitation, design, delivery, and rollout of learning programs across technical, functional, behavioral, and leadership skill areas
Coordinate logistics for learning sessions (virtual/classroom), including scheduling, communication, materials, and facilitator management
Maintain learning calendars and ensure smooth execution of training events across business units
Content Development & Instructional Design
Develop and curate learning content, including e-learning modules, presentations, toolkits, and job aids
Apply adult learning principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences in collaboration with SMEs and vendors
Support translation of business requirements into learning objectives and training solutions.
LMS & Learning Technology Management
Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and documentation of training activities.
Monitor course completion rates, learner feedback, and engagement analytics.
Promote the use of digital learning platforms, microlearning tools, and blended learning approaches.
Learning Analytics & Reporting
Track key learning metrics (participation, effectiveness, feedback) and prepare regular reports and dashboards for HR and business stakeholders.
Gather learner feedback and work on continuous improvement of learning offerings based on insights.
Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with business leaders, HRBPs, trainers, and external vendors to coordinate learning needs and delivery plans.
Support L&D initiatives aligned with performance management, onboarding, and career development frameworks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (certification in L&D, Instructional Design, or Train-the-Trainer is a plus).
5+ years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development preferably in the IT/ITES industry.
Working knowledge of LMS platforms and content authoring tools .
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.
Alight requires all virtual interviews to be conducted on video.
