Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Education Coordinator based in Kochi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Education Coordinator will manage and streamline student enrollment processes, provide guidance regarding online programs, and offer customer support throughout the admissions journey. Additionally, the role involves ensuring quality standards in educational services and assisting in training initiatives to enhance instructional practices and student experiences.
Qualifications
Strong background in Education and Pedagogy, with an understanding of online learning programs
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and professionals
Customer Service expertise to provide support and guidance throughout the admission and enrollment process
Experience in training and instructional practices to ensure quality educational outcomes
Organizational and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus
Familiarity with UGC guidelines and accreditation processes is advantageous
