Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate English Trainer who can teach Spoken English and Communication Skills effectively and confidently present lessons on camera for educational video content.

This role is ideal for trainers who enjoy teaching, content creation, and building a personal teaching presence online.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online English training sessions (Spoken English, Grammar, Vocabulary, Fluency, Interview Communication)

• Design simple, practical lesson plans aligned with student needs

• Explain concepts in a clear, relatable, and engaging manner

• Act and present confidently in educational videos (short-form & long-form)

• Record video lessons, reels, and practice scenarios for social media and course content

• Engage students through interactive activities, role plays, and real-life examples

• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback

• Collaborate with the content and marketing team for course-related videos

Video & Content Responsibility (Important)

We are specifically looking for candidates who:

• Are comfortable facing the camera

• Can act naturally in educational skits, role-plays, and scenario-based videos

• Can deliver content with energy, clarity, and confidence

• Are open to building a trainer-led content presence on digital platforms

(Acting experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Confidence and willingness to learn matter more.)

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent command of spoken and written English

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Prior experience as an English trainer / communication trainer (preferred)

• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms

• Basic understanding of online teaching tools

• Confidence in front of the camera

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience creating educational videos or reels

• Theatre, acting, anchoring, or public speaking background

• Familiarity with social media content formats

• Ability to teach beginners and intermediate learners
