Position overview:

We are looking for passionate and experienced English language educators to join our growing team. As an   IELTS Teacher  , you will work remotely, delivering customized one-on-one lessons that address each student's individual needs and goals.

This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in India, with a supportive international team environment.

Note:

Most students are based in Canada, so your teaching hours will align with Canadian time zones. Expect to work primarily between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM IST (overnight hours). Please apply only if you are comfortable working during these hours.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct 1:1 online IELTS classes for students of varying levels and backgrounds

· Deliver demo classes and convert students to enrollments

· Design and deliver personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's learning goals

· Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students

· Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress

· Follow internal policies and guidelines

· Be open to teaching other English proficiency tests (e.g., CELPIP, TOEFL, PTE) if required

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of experience   teaching IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, or CELPIP (Mandatory)

· IELTS score of 7.5+   or equivalent proficiency in another English test (Preferred)

· Reliable internet connection

· Laptop or desktop with webcam and microphone

· Quiet and distraction-free teaching environment

· Willingness to work   late-night hours (12:00 AM – 7:00 AM IST)

Working Hours:

· Mostly overnight, early mornings and evenings IST

· Working hours are based on Eastern Standard Time

· Minimum  4 hours of availability per working day  required
