Role Description
The Co-Enabler and Transformation Strategist will drive transformative curricular activities in Vake Work' Enablement, Empowerment and Certification Servics. Responsibilities include designing and facilitating workshops, developing actionable course plans for organizational and societal change, conducting live interactions research, and providing gamification strategies in regenerative systems sciences developed at exemplary labs, farms and other agencies world-wide. This contract role is based in Chennai and follows a hybrid model, combining in-office and remote work flexibility.
Qualifications
Strategic thinking and project management skills, with an ability to facilitate transformation initiatives effectively
Experience with online learning platforms and gamified course evaluations
Proficiency in conducting research and knowledge of systems thinking, regenerative practices, and sustainable development
Technical competencies in data science, machine learning, AI, statistics, and natural resource management
Strong communication, teaching, and training skills for knowledge transfer and collaboration
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment, with attention to detail and organizational effectiveness
Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field such as environmental studies, engineering, or sustainable development
Experience in agritourism, agriculture, aquaculture, or forestry, as well as a passion for ecological and societal transformation
