Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Business and Management Faculty to teach Level 3 and Level 4 OTHM-accredited programmes. The faculty will be responsible for curriculum development, lesson planning, delivering engaging online sessions, guiding students through assessments, and ensuring timely completion of assignments. As well,lead the IQA/EQA (Quality Assurance )

• Curric
u lum Development:

Design and structure curriculum for Level 3 and Level 4 Business Management programmes.

Prepare detailed delivery charts and lesson plans aligned with OTHM standards.

• Teaching Assistance & Delivery:

Co-ordinate with the UK tutors and assist them in delivery

Conduct interactive online classes to ensure effective knowledge transfer, as well conduct supervising sessions to ensure timely, high quality students coursework submission

Assure learning outcomes and maintain high-quality delivery standards.

• Academic Student Support:

Resolve academic doubts and provide guidance on assessments and submissions.

Monitor student progress and ensure timely completion of assignments.

• Quality Assurance:

Maintain compliance with UK Ofqual and OTHM guidelines.

Regularly review and update teaching materials to meet accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Preferred: MBA with 2–3 years of teaching experience.

• Any other relevant qualification with 2–3 years of teaching  experience in Business & Management.
