About the Role
We are seeking an  experienced Content Creator & Learning Facilitator  with a strong background in  soft skills training (10–15 years of experience) . The ideal candidate will combine  camera presence  with the ability to design and deliver  high-impact learning experiences  for mid- to senior-level professionals. You will create engaging video content for our channel and facilitate  interactive group sessions  focused on leadership, communication, decision-making, storytelling, and more.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
Develop and deliver video-based learning content with strong on-camera presence.
Attend weekly shoots in Gurgaon to record professional video sessions.
Create engaging learning materials (short videos, explainer sessions, case-based discussions).
Collaborate on naming and branding the new channel, ensuring it resonates with professionals.
Group Facilitation
Lead interactive live group sessions using case studies, role plays, peer-to-peer activities, and simulations.
Facilitate discussions on topics like leadership, executive communication, decision-making, storytelling, negotiation, and AI for business.
Create a psychologically safe and inclusive learning environment.
Who This Role Is Ideal For
L&D professionals with  10–15 years of experience in soft skills training .
Current or former professors with excellent communication and facilitation experience.
Retired CXOs or senior leaders passionate about mentoring the next generation.
Certified leadership or executive coaches with facilitation expertise.
Professionals with both  camera presence  and  training/mentoring expertise .
Skills & Experience We're Looking For
Proven experience in adult learning, facilitation, and professional training.
Strong communication, storytelling, and content delivery skills.
Deep understanding of professional competencies like leadership, executive presence, personal branding, and teamwork.
Ability to engage diverse groups of professionals from various industries.
Certifications in coaching, instructional design, or adult learning (preferred but not mandatory).
