Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Full Stack Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Fullstack Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions to students interested in mastering both frontend and backend development technologies. This is a remote position, and the ideal candidate should be able to deliver engaging and informative classes through online platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive and dynamic training sessions covering both frontend and backend development technologies.

• Utilize provided course materials to develop lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on exercises.

• Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate varying skill levels and learning styles among students.

• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them grasp complex concepts and overcome challenges.

• Foster a collaborative and interactive learning environment by encouraging student participation and discussion.

• Monitor student progress and performance, and offer additional assistance or resources as needed to ensure success.

• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in fullstack development to ensure course content remains current and relevant.

• Collaborate with other team members to enhance the training curriculum and improve the overall learning experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fullstack development, with proficiency in both frontend (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React) and backend (e.g., Node.js, Express, Mongo

DB) technologies.

• Previous experience in teaching or training, preferably in an online setting.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.

• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools for delivering virtual classes.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

• Passion for education and helping others develop the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in fullstack development.
