At Unbound Academy, a fully virtual, tuition-free charter school, students complete academic work rapidly using AI-powered tools, then transition into live, facilitated workshops that build collaboration, life skills, and confidence. Your function is to ensure these sessions feel seamless, supportive, and engaging for every participant. You serve as the operational and emotional backbone of the student experience.

You'll facilitate smooth transitions, maintain group energy, support small breakout sessions, and offer encouragement or redirection when students need it. Content instruction is not your responsibility—but the integrity of the experience depends entirely on your presence.
