We are seeking a temporary, remote A‑Level Chinese tutor specialising in Mandarin with knowledge of the Edexcel curriculum. The tutor will design and deliver engaging online lessons that align with academic objectives, support students in developing key skills in Mandarin within the A‑level syllabus, and provide tailored feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Responsibilities also include monitoring student progress, preparing lesson resources, and employing effective teaching methods to ensure student success.

• Proficiency in Mandarin and experience teaching A‑Level Chinese with a focus on the Edexcel curriculum
• Skills in creating interactive and personalised lesson plans, and delivering online tutoring sessions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• Ability to assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies as needed
• Qualification or experience in teaching, education, or language training with an emphasis on Chinese language studies
• Familiarity with UK academic standards and examination requirements for A‑Level courses
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Chinese Language, or a related field is preferred
