At 2 Hour Learning, we operate a model in which students learn at twice the rate in two hours per day. AI-driven tutoring, mastery-based advancement, and structures that break from traditional classrooms produce these results. The outcomes are measurable and consistent. We now seek a leader who can align execution across varied school environments, elevate academic leadership standards, and articulate this movement to external audiences with rigor and clarity.

This is not a position rooted in academic theory alone. It is a leadership responsibility. You will own the academic strategy in execution, establish clear performance standards, diagnose execution failures, and develop senior teams to produce tangible student outcomes. You will operationalize our learning science principles and advocate for this model on a global stage.

• Designing academic frameworks that convert learning science into actionable direction for curriculum development, motivational architecture, and application design.
• Conducting academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to confirm that school teams are aligned, held accountable, and achieving outcomes.
• Integrating data, stakeholder interviews, and direct observation into academic ecosystem assessments that surface the most critical obstacles to accelerated learning and recommend targeted interventions.
• Ensuring strategic alignment via planning cycles, feedback mechanisms, and milestone monitoring to sustain focus on student learning objectives.
• Serving as the external face of 2 Hour Learning at senior forums, including keynote presentations and engagements with Ministries of Education, to influence global thinking on school design.

• Working on isolated curriculum initiatives that lack systemic impact.
• Producing theoretical research disconnected from student performance or operational execution.
• Transferring accountability for results to middle management or external advisors.
• Depending on reputation or abstract theory to convince critical audiences.

Expand and strengthen 2 Hour Learning's validated academic model by aligning execution across school sites, raising leadership performance standards, and serving as the authoritative public representative of a movement founded on rigorous learning science and demonstrated outcomes.

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• 7+ years leading academic or EdTech teams with evidence of exceptional learning outcomes
• Proven experience applying AI or technology to accelerate learning
• Track record of public thought leadership such as media, keynotes, books, or advising
• Strong performance management skills with the ability to hold elite peers to a high bar
• Fluent in interpreting data to diagnose learning issues and direct interventions
• Comfortable engaging directly with students, parents, and school leaders

• Founded or led an innovative school model, lab school, or high-performing EdTech venture
• Experience navigating cultural, political, or international education contexts
• Deep familiarity with Bloom's 2 Sigma research and other mastery learning frameworks
