DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to manage our existing‑customer marketing activity. Within the Insurance team, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality customer onboarding, in‑life communications, and renewal support—primarily via email. You will also plan and coordinate ongoing and campaign‑based activity, securing sign‑off from Compliance and key stakeholders.
In addition, the Marketing Executive will collaborate with the wider Marketing team—including social media, web, and creative—providing support in line with business needs and personal development.
This is a part‑time position, working 22.5 hours across three days per week. The role offers hybrid working, with two days in the office and one day from home. Thursday is a required office day, Tuesday is the preferred second office day, and the remaining working day can be completed from home.
What you'll be responsible for:- Own the execution of all Marketing activities to existing customers
- Be a Guardian for all working Brands, ensuring positive outcomes come/are likely for activities
- Work across a wide discipline of actions, particularly email marketing, SMS, but also broader elements including Social Media
- To support the execution of new and amended activities to deliver improved customer outcomes and business value
- New Business upsell targets (post policy taking out)

To proactively identify, manage and mitigate business risks encountered as part of day to day role.

What you'll need:- Experience in similar role, developing HTML emails and email management
- Ability to use a range of interpersonal skills effectively to communicate with all levels of seniority across the business using appropriate channels
- Demonstrates an understanding of client's needs and applies this knowledge when considering development recommendations/reporting/updates etc.
- Excellent IT Skills - Email platform management, ability to develop HTML emails, confident with using various online tools, Social Media user, Google Analytics and competent with Microsoft Office packages
- Able to spot trends in data and articulate findings and has a level of technical knowledge to be able to support tasks across teams.
- Ability to influence key audiences within the business and is able to flex their style and messages to engage stakeholders.
