• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience teaching English as a second language, preferably in an online setting.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and engage diverse learners.
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt teaching methods to individual student needs.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace for online teaching.

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field preferred.
• TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
