Required Qualifications Native-level English speaker with a strong command of American English Preferred U.S. public/private/charter school ELA teaching experience (1st-4th grade focus ideal) Bachelor's degree required;
Education/ELA/English majors preferred Strong understanding of elementary reading instruction and literacy development Comfortable with online teaching technology and virtual classroom management
