Required Qualifications Terminal degree in English, Literature, or Writing Specialization in Children's Illustration Degrees must be from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education Demonstrated personal faith commitment to the university's evangelical Christian purpose Familiarity with collaborative learning techniques and student-centered instruction methods
