Key Responsibilities Conduct Professional College Advisory Sessions via phone and text to assist prospective students in aligning their interests with suitable programs Engage with prospective students to provide guidance, support, and resources, fostering trust and excitement about their academic journey Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a comprehensive, student-centered experience from inquiry through the first term
Required Qualifications Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of experience and education Experience in admissions, customer service, or consultative sales preferred Strong technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant database software Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work weekend hours as needed
