Utilize various teaching methods, resources, and technology tools to facilitate student learning and engagement.

Provide personalized instruction tailored to meet the individual learning needs and goals of each student.

Assign and review homework assignments, practice problems, and assessments to reinforce learning.

Evaluate student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their improvement.

Identify areas of weakness or difficulty for individual students and develop targeted remediation strategies.

Foster a positive and supportive learning environment to encourage student participation and confidence.

Collaborate with parents, guardians, and school teachers to ensure a holistic approach to student development.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and other relevant data.

Stay updated with the latest teaching techniques, educational resources, and curriculum changes in physics.

Bachelor's degree in Physics, Education, or a related field. A higher degree is an advantage.

Proven experience as a physics tutor or teacher, preferably with Class 10 students.

Strong proficiency in the Class 10 physics curriculum, including topics like mechanics, electricity, magnetism, and optics.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed academically.

Familiarity with online teaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and virtual whiteboards.

Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles.

Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively plan and deliver lessons.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate student schedules.

Prior experience in online tutoring or remote teaching is desirable but not mandatory.
