Salary Grade:
Criteria in the collective bargaining agreement determine the position rank of teaching faculty. The salary range based on the established rank is between $46,781 - $52,940 for 10-month teaching positions and $58,477 - $66,175 for 12-month teaching positions. Ranking is determined by educational level and specific relevant experience.

Job Purpose:

The primary responsibilities of the faculty are to teach and to develop the curriculum.

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

An Associate Degree or Certificate in Building Automation Systems, HVAC Systems or a closely related field from an accredited institution or trade school is required.

Experience:

A minimum of three years of recent work experience in building automation, HVAC systems, energy management systems, or industrial controls is required. At least three years of work experience must be within the last five years.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of:

Microsoft Office suite

Discipline-specific technologies

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
