Engagement Model: Course-based collaboration (non-full-time)

• Design and develop structured course content based on professional experience
• Translate real-world practices into clear learning modules and materials
• Prepare instructional content, including videos, modules, assignments, or assessments
• Provide practical insights and guidance aligned with industry standards
• Review and refine course content to maintain quality and relevance
• Manage course development timelines independently

• Compensation is based on course sales through the Selearn platform

• Proven professional experience in the relevant industry
• Strong communication and instructional skills
• Proficient in using digital tools and online platforms
• Able to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely
• Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or training is advantageous
• Formal academic qualifications are not mandatory; professional experience is prioritized
