• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification or higher in the relevant field
• Deep understanding of official exam content and format
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in content
• Excellent written communication and editing skills
• Proficiency in using Google Docs and Google Drive

• Prior experience in instructional content development for the relevant exam
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience in the relevant subject area
• Familiarity with principles of effective test question design
