• Lead dynamic tutoring sessions for elementary students (90% of your time)
• Share educational progress with students and families (5%)
• Paid session planning and preparation (5%)
• Part‑time delivery target: 12‑hour delivery with 16 hours of availability or 20‑hour delivery with 24 hours availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Full‑time delivery target: 30‑hour delivery with 38 hours of availability, or 35‑hour delivery with 43 hours availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Pay: $20 per hour for instruction time. Prep and training time compensated at $10 per hour or your local minimum wage (whichever is higher).

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or completion of at least one full academic year as the lead teacher in a consistent elementary school classroom.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and current U.S. residence required.
• Demonstrate the ability to support elementary math and ELA by earning a 90% or better on a timed assessment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and quiet, professional space; a technology kit (webcam, headset, ring light, green screen, annotation tablet) will be provided if needed.
• Commit to the same hours of availability week‑on‑week during weekday afternoons/evenings and at least 8 hours of weekends.
• Commit to a minimum of one year of employment.

• Minimum availability: 12+ hours per week, 16+ hours per week, 20+ hours per week, 24+ hours per week.
• Part‑time tutors are required to post availability in 4‑hour chunks (unless otherwise noted) within primetime blocks and must post at least 8 hours on the weekend.

• School Year: (2nd Sunday of August to Saturday of June ACT) – 4 PM to 10 PM and 9 AM to 6 PM, Eastern Time.
• Summer: (Sunday after June ACT to Saturday before 2nd Sunday of August) – 9 AM to 11 PM, 9 AM to 7 PM, 9 AM to 10 PM, Eastern Time.

• Delivery Goal: 30+ hours per week; 38+ hours per week; 35+ hours per week; 35+ hours per week; 43+ hours per week; 38+ hours per week.
• Full‑time tutors follow primetime staffable availability: 3 PM to 11 PM, 3 PM to 7 PM, 9 AM to 7 PM, 9 AM to 10 PM (Eastern Time) during school year; same for summer.
• Time‑off requests must be submitted 4 weeks in advance.

• A Mac/PC desktop or laptop.
• Mac users: macOS Snow Leopard (10.6) or later.
• PC users:
  Windows 8.1 or later.
• High‑speed internet via ethernet connection.
• 4 GB or more of available memory/RAM.
