• Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and go-to-market activities for EMS software solutions
• Support Sales Regional and Territory Managers with sales tools, presentations, and campaign materials
• Help develop and maintain product guides, talking points, and digital content for the EMS software portfolio
• Provide day-to-day support to field teams and customers, ensuring responsiveness and high satisfaction
• Assist in aligning messaging and campaigns across EMS hardware and software portfolios

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical software marketing, medical device, or B2B marketing
• Experience in EMS, hospital resuscitation, or cardiology
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or marketing automation tools is a plus

• Experience in EMS or hospital resuscitation settings
• Strong collaborative skills across cross-functional teams
• Results-oriented mindset focused on supporting adoption and growth of EMS software
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
