• Utilize Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles to evaluate and implement multimedia education programs
• Collaborate with faculty to enhance teaching strategies and learning experiences in a web-based environment
• Track and monitor operational data to continuously improve educational interventions
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team personnel to ensure timely development of instructional materials

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field;
  Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare
• Proven experience using ISD principles for multimedia and traditional training systems
• Experience with virtual education programs, including live and asynchronous formats
• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Experience with continuing medical education or health professions education
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and instructional technology tools
• Background in evaluating curriculum documents and instructional delivery procedures
